Patrice is a honours Graduate of Trinity College Dublin (BSc Human Nutrition); the Dublin Institute of
Technology (Hons Diploma in Dietetics), graduating in 2010. Patrice worked for five years for the NHS in
UK in both regional and university hospitals, covering a range of specialties before moving home to
Ireland in 2015. She has worked as Senior Dietitian in Gastroenterology in St James’s hospital since
2017, before taking up post as Clinical Specialist Dietitian in intestinal failure and intestinal rehabilitation
in 2022.
